Need to have:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science;

- 5+ years of Technical Release management experience;

- Actively collaborate with stakeholders and Engineering cross-functional teams to refine and improve the release process in a data-driven, solutions-oriented manner;

- Experience working with Scrum and Sprint Teams using Agile Methodologies;

- Fluency in English, written and spoken is mandatory.

And know:

- Agile approaches – Kanban, Scrum;

- JIRA and Atlassian suite of tools including Confluence;

- Drive the end-to-end release process - for multiple planned releases, and unplanned hotfix releases;

- Lead the end-to-end release workflows and detailed steps - to ensure on-time and effective delivery and deployment;

- Establish clear release criteria to ensure high-quality releases.
