We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager to be part of an international team (Portugal, USA, Brasil and India) in the Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical area. He or she will be responsible for managing five teams (three members each) and interacting with the client.

Qualifications: 
- 3+ years of previous Project Management experience working with software engineering teams;
- Demonstrated knowledge of Agile methodologies;
- Experience using JIRA or other project management software;
- Experience with cloud and big data technologies is a plus;
- Experience in cloud platforms, preferably AWS;
- Ability to speak technical language with architects and software engineering team to convert business requirements into detailed technical requirements;
- Excellent partner-facing and internal communication skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Good level of English both spoken and written;
- Experience in pharmaceuticals is preferred but not required.

Your task:
- Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for Engineering projects;
- Lead the gathering and definition of project requirements and ensure associated documentation is complete and accurate and effectively managed through the project life cycle;
- Manage internal and external communications, including kick-off and regular status meetings;
- Act as main communication liaison with disparate internal stakeholders and external partners across a variety of timezones and locales;
- Create timelines and facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups for the delivery team;
- Establish block times and leverage internal resources focused on project deliverables;
- Work with client teams to get an agreement on scope of changes and enhancements to existing products.
