Role Description

As a Project Manager you will:

• Lead multiple teams through the entire lifecycle of your Projects
• Work closely with the Customer to gather requirements and have these further refined with the Project Team
• Plan the different activities, milestones and deliverables according to the priorities, making adjustments along the way as necessary
• Plan ahead and do assessments to anticipate potential risks that may affect the Project Plan/Timeline
• Ensure all milestones in the project lifecycle are attained within stipulated periods
• Organize regular team meetings, so that new challenges or constraints may come to light
• Keep a positive and active collaboration and communication with Customers, forging through it great business relationships
• Build and promote team chemistry, keeping close tabs on the overall Team Satisfaction
• Work together with the team to improve efficiency by continuously improving the working processes
• Keep tabs on the budget, billings, and accounting for the project
• Plan and align the Product Releases according to the Customer needs
• Organize workshops and training for team members who need upskilling
• Ensuring all project expectations are fulfilled to ensure maximum satisfaction
• Manage expectations, both internally and externally
• Forecast the need for potential resources and onboard new team members to the project

Ideally, your profile looks somewhat like this:

• Degree in Computer Science, Management or related field;
• 3+ years of experience in product management or similar role with Agile development methodology (Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience of delivering software products with UX, visual design and engineering teams.
• Profile Solution-oriented, always ready to find new and creative approaches
• Ability to translate stakeholder needs into business and product requirements
• Cross functional skill-set to include other Bliss departments when needed in the projects: development, QA, Business, Design along with excellent communication skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Able to adapt to a very fast-paced, consistently growing, and changing environment;
• Verbal and written communication skills in English and Portuguese

If you have some of these following skills that will be considered a plus:

• Scrum Master certificate is a strong plus
• PMI Certification or Certification in Agile Methodologies
• Experience working with remote teams
