What are you going to do?

• Accountability for productive service used by client;
• Manage client relationships, expectations and serve as primary point of contact with contractors;
• Define project scope and requirements based on company and client inputs, manage vendors and ensure successful project delivery in cloud infrastructure;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, mitigate project risks, and drive continuous improvement in project management processes.

What are we looking for?

• Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager, leading cross-functional teams in the delivery of complex technology projects;
• Strong project management skills, including experience with Agile methodologies;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders;
• Applied knowledge of ITIL;
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro and collaborative tools;
• Fluent level of English.
