Requirements: 

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems;

• 5+ years of experience in a similar position;

• Skilled with different databases; 

• Experience working in an Operations environment;; 

• Availability to travel for medium-long period of times (mandatory);

Responsibilities: 

• Identify operational risks to service and ensure mitigation actions are put in place;

• Deal with incident and problem management (including root cause analysis), and personally act when required for major events, incidents and problems to limit the impact and prevent reoccurrence.

• First escalation point for customers, run daily/out-of-hours calls when required to drive timely resolution.

• Be familiar with writing and maintaining technical documentation that details system maintenance processes and procedures;

• Educate and mentor developers on performance best practices and anti-patterns.
