Tech Team is responsible for the technological aspect of the business in Dott.
There's a lot going on behind the scenes. Managing Operations (Orders, Returns, Stock, Shipments) is part of the Core of our Business. Provide the best and most efficient experience to our end-Users (Buyers, Sellers, Operators) is our responsibility.

We're looking for a great Technical Lead to join us and contribute on building the best products and services for our Users.

Skills

• Team Player;

• Strong communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills (written and oral) skills ("sharing is caring");

• Strong planning skills;

• Strong experience in developing reactive, distributed and resilient architectures;

• Strong experience in API driven development;

• Strong capabilities on troubleshooting and complex problem solving;

• System Observability always at the back of mind.

Current Stack

• The majority of our services are running in K8s in GCP;

• GCP Pub/Sub as Queueing system;

• ElasticSearch, Couchbase and PostGres;

• Programming languages: Scala, Java, Golang, Python.

Experience

• >= 3 years in team management
