Randstad is recruiting a Technical Lead Cybersecurity, for direct integration, in a company with offices in Porto.

Remote or hybrid work model (3-4 days remote, 1-2 days on-site / week).

International company. IT-as-a-Service business. They have a Cloud Marketplace B2B platform. The marketplace is used in many European countries. They work according to agile methodologies.

- Ensure adapting of cybersecurity measures inPlatforms.
- Lead and work with an experienced team of application developers and you are in continuous contact with group Cybersecurity Teams and Business Product Owners.
- Risk assessment, security tests and designing countermeasures to eliminate as many potential risks as possible.
- Collaboration with existing Group Security Consultant and Business Product Owners.
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining security / prevention policies, plans, and systems to cover all possible security threats. Identifying possible security threats and determining the best security measures.
- Coordinating the Application Developer Team and assigning tasks.
- Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to the Team.


requisitos/requirements
- More than 3 years of experience in security management or similar.
- Experience as Software Developer, preferably on java technology stack.
- Experience as a lead developer with team leadership responsibility.
- Experience with identity and access management solutions and technologies.
- Experience with Machine Learning approach, considered as advantage.
- Great communication skills and team player
- Good communication in English (intermediate level B2 is a mandatory requirement).
