What are you going to do:
We are looking for a Technical Consultant to integrate telco projects in Porto.

Your Role:

• Manage and troubleshoot all incidents reported;
• Develop and deliver code fixes if necessary;
• Ensure that all stakeholders are communicated to and updated in line with company standards and service level agreements;
• Update the knowledge base and documentation that exist and produce new documents;
• Support the execution of change management activities;

What We Value:

• Degree in Computer Science or Informatics Engineering;
• Medium skills on Unix administration, Shell Script, SQL;
• Ability to prevent and diagnose for client and system issues;
• Experience with continuous integration and Continuous deliver (CI/CD) process;
• Java or Python development/code fix experience (not essential).
