Technical Artist (m/f)
Human Profiler is a Human Resources Consulting company, specialized in IT Outsourcing and recruitment and selection of qualified profiles, acting with total flexibility and adaptation to the needs of our customers.

Our client is a specialized Company in development and publisher of games for PC and consoles that wants to recruit a Technical Artist (m/f) for Lisbon.

Main Tasks:

•Working closely with the Technical Director and the Art Director;
•Acting as a bridge between to develop solutions/tools and the technical/art teams;
•Involved in developing the art pipeline as well as researching, documenting and implementing solutions to maintain performance and increase the efficiency of the project.

Required Profile:

•2+ years working in a similar role;
•Ability to proactively troubleshoot problems and develop appropriate solutions;
•Knowledge of real time rendering techniques and PBR material workflows;
•Experience with various industry standard DCC software packages, including 3Ds Max, Maya, Photoshop, Substance Suite, Houdini, etc.;
•Experience with a scripting language (Python, C++, MAXScript, MEL, etc.);
•Experience identifying and driving performance goals and optimisations for open world development on consoles and PCs;
•A drive for documenting various tools and workflows;
•High levels of aesthetic attention to detail;
•Fluent in English (Mandatory).
