Principais responsabilidades

- Experience supporting Linux, Apache, MySQL based applications;
- Provide effective technical support (2nd level) by e.g. support system, telephone, video conference, to customers;
- Taking ownership, manage and follow-up customer issues and problems;
- Experience and willing to support troubleshooting and diagnoses tasks (events and log validations);
- Knowledge over the .Net technologies will be considered as a nice to have;
- Maintain relevant documentation and knowledgebase information.
