Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:

Main Responsabilities:

• Serve as the point of contact for the entire product;
• Have the ability to analyse/route/escalate issues with the support teams;
• Receive and assess application change requests by performing a prelimi-nar analysis and forwarding the request to the correct teams.
• Participate in recurring meetings with the stakeolders of the product in question;
• Participate in periodic meetings with the support teams

Professional experience requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of IT experience;
• Degree in Computer Engineering / Business Informatics /Mathematics or similar;
• MySQL Knowledge;
• Knowledge of Lambda Functions;
• Knowledge in Lambda Python;
• Knowledge in Java;
• Critical capacity to analyse functional and technical specifications, recommendations on business processes and Use Cases;
• Experience in preparing functional and technical documentation;
• Experience working with Jira & Confluence tools;
• Oral and written English fluency.
