Thus, we are now looking for an Technical Analyst willing to accept new challenges!

Summary: As a Technical Analyst, your mission will be focused on implementing innovative solutions to enhance operations and IT support experience, while performing analysis of defects/enhancements for the Global/Local Custody platform.

Your main activities will revolve on eliciting new requirements for system enhancements and managing the change request process for any system updates, while developing functional specifications for system evolutions. You’ll be asked to participate in development efforts as per project demands, in the testing effort and ensure a smooth delivery in production and in launching and following up on initiatives as assigned. You’ll also have to assist in the respect of project deadlines and schedules, and identify product gaps or weaknesses and suggest areas of improvement, while communicating and applying project standards, and prioritize from assigned projects and independently accept ownership of tasks.

It’ll be required from you to co-ordinate with various project stakeholders and provide timely updates on the status, while also providing level 3 support and analysis of reported issues, and evaluate alternative business solutions and workarounds to minimize the impacts, in order to ensure a smooth follow up of all technical processes (Online, STP and batches…).

Are you the one?

You must have…

  • Bachelor’s degree in related area is required;
  • Prior technical analysis experience in an application development environment
  • Prior experience creating functional specifications, process flow diagrams and procedures
  • English Proficiency;
  • Very well versed with SDLC processes and project management practices
  • SQL/Oracle knowledge;
  • Prior experience with job schedulers (e.g. Autosys 11.3.6);
  • Programming knowledge (e.g. languages like VB, Java or .NET);
  • Experience with different file transfer protocols (e.g. FTP/SFTP, MQ)
  • Understanding of reporting tools like Business Objects, Jasper Reporting
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them to technical solutions
  • Ability to work in fast paced global environment
