Responsibilities:

• Participating in the recruitment and selection processes
• Assisting the IT Recruitment team with recruitment duties
• Posting job applications on social media and job sites
• Tracking open positions using internal software
• Contacting candidate references
• Communicating with candidates and setting up interviews
• Managing the resume database

Requirements:

• Eligible for Professional Internship IEFP, level 6 (Graduation)
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or similar field
• Ability to speak and write in English
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced interpersonal skills
• Critical thinking skills
