Design and build a technical system architecture based on business needs and drivers;
Manage tasks and technical people according to project needs;
Manage and inspire team, increasing commitment and aligning expectations;
Guarantee overall delivery quality and OutSystems behaviors.

requisitos/requirements
1-year Tech Lead experience (mandatory);
Strong experience in web application development, process design, project delivery practices, and understands the trade-off between technical debt and speed (mandatory);
Experience and technical skills in architecture patterns, solutions design, and web application performance (mandatory);
Fluency in English, written and spoken (mandatory);
Degree in computer science or another technical related field;
Experience in Agile scrum methodologies;
Customer Orientation and Interpersonal Skills;
High level of creativity and ability to think out-of-the-box;
Personal energy and ability to inspire teams and individuals;
Transparency and the ability to establish trust and supportive relationships.
