Innotech is currently recruiting a Tech Lead with the following profile:

Must Have:

• 3+ of experience in OutSystems development;
• 1+ of experience as Tech Leader;
• Proven experience in web application development, process design and project delivery;
• Familiar with architecture patterns, solutions design, and web application performance;
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.

Nice to Have:

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar;
• Experience in Agile (Scrum) methodology.

• Creativity and ability to think out-of-the-box;
• Personal energy and transparency.
