Our client is an Internacional Company that acts in the scope of digital transformation. They are looking for a Tech Lead - Otusystems (m/f).

The main focus of this professional is to create an Outsystems Team in Portugal.

- Degree in computer science, engineering or a related technical field (Master’s degree is highly desired);

- Minimum 6 years of experience as an OutSystems Senior with client facing experience, software development/software design and infrastructure architecture experience;

- Solid experience leading and inspiring software development teams in an Agile environment;

- Deep understanding of cloud computing, business drivers, emerging technology trends and their impact on customer opportunities; - Proficiency with at least one programming language: PHP, C# or Java;

- Proficiency in web-based languages: JavaScript, CSS, HTML;

- Certifications (plus);

- Good Communication (English B2 or C1);
