We are searching for a TECH LEAD Outsystems to work in Full-Remote project:

Responsibilities:

• Minimum 3 years of OutSystems development experience; Minimum​ 1 year Tech Lead experience (mandatory)

• Strong experience in web application development, process design, project delivery practices, and understands the trade-off between technical debt and speed (mandatory);

• Experience and technical skills in architecture patterns, solutions design, and web application performance (mandatory);

• Fluency in English, written and spoken (mandatory)

• Degree in computer science or another technical related field;

• Experience in Agile scrum methodology is a plus.

• Design and build a technical system architecture based on business needs and drivers;

• Manage tasks and technical people according to project needs;

• Manage and inspire team, increasing commitment and aligning expectations;

• Guarantee overall delivery quality and OutSystems behaviors.
