Your role:

- Design and build technical solutions based on business needs and drivers;
- Lead,inspire and motivate a multi-discipline software development team;
- Manage technical project execution and solution delivery and rollout;
- Solve complex technical challenges according to project needs;
- Identify, evaluate and fix application performance bottlenecks;
- Identify risks and determine appropriate mitigation actions;
- Guarantee overall delivery quality.

Your profile:

- 5+ Years OutSystems Development Experience;
- Experience and technical skills in architecture patterns, solution design, scalability and web application performance;
- Degree in computer science or other technical related field;
- Fluency in English, written and spoken (mandatory);
- Certifications are a plus.
