Role:

We are looking for a Tech Lead - Java who is motivated to develop smart solutions using state-of-the-art technologies, acting as an experienced software engineer who is able to independently tackle a project and who is not afraid of both front-end and back-end work.

You will integrate an extremely friendly, motivated, and talented group. If you love to learn, if you are willing to share knowledge and are keen to be part of a building process to reach the top, then this is an opportunity you can’t miss.

Who you are:

• +5 years of experience in Java; 
• Experience in Microservices in a Kubernetes environment, Javascript, PostgreSQL, Kafka, WildFly and/or Quarkus, Git;
• Ambition to continuously improve the development process. The art of achieving more with less code, through a more elegant solution or technological innovation;
• Experience with coaching colleagues as a Senior Developer, Lead Developer or Tech Lead;
• You like the flexibility and agility of a scale-up environment;
• Ability to work with various stakeholders from NL and OPO so your communication skills need to be awesome;
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
