Tech Consultant (m/f) Italy
Human Profiler is a Human Resources Consulting company, specialized in IT Outsourcing and recruitment and selection of qualified profiles, acting with total flexibility and adaptation to the needs of our customers.

Our client is looking for a Tech Consultant (m/f), for Italy.

Main Tasks:
•Ensure coherence of logical and physical structure between the Registry Monitoring Insurance Services (RMIS) and other D03 and Joint Research Centre (JRC) information systems in IT related environment;
•Maintaining an IT security level in line with the Commission rules and recommendations for the aforementioned specific sites;
•Management of RMIS databases and metadata cataloguing (in accordance with JRC standards) in the framework of the JRC Raw Materials project;
•Defining, documenting and developing software, as well as contributes to architecture and technical design discussions, code reviews and technical design/specifications in collaboration with the project team;
•Gathering functional requirements, developing technical specifications and driving architectural & design decisions for the IT infrastructure of RMIS;
•Management of software related tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications and databases;
•Present results to a technical audience and write technical papers in English language;
•Organize and conduct IS applications in support of RMIS and of raw materials supply chain analytical tools and viewers.

Required Profile:

•Degree in Computer Engineering or similar;
•Minimum professional experience of 9 years in similar positions;
•Good knowledge of Javascript ES6-ES7+ web development: frameworks (Vue.js, React, jQuery), data visualization (D3.js, Chart.js, Three.js), functional programming & software composition and miscellaneous (Node.js, Express.js, TypeScript, Webpack, Parcel.js, Karma, Ramda, RxJS, Babel, Electron.js);
•Experience with modern web design (HTML5, CSS3, responsive, grid layouts and data storytelling) and microservices and application containerization (Kubernetes, Docker);
•Good knowledge of programming languages such as JS, Rust, PHP 7, Julia and .Net/C#;
•Experience in PWA, SPA, MVVM design patterns/models;
•Deep understanding of cutting-edge web technologies and computing emerging trends (Web Workers, RESTful, API, GraphQL, WebSocket, WebAssembly, WebRTC, IndexedDB, Web Storage;
•Good knowledge of graph data modelling and multi-model databases (ArangoDB, MongoDB);
•Ability to understand, speak and write in English (mandatory);
•Good organizational and communication skills.
