Team Recruiter and Happiness Manager

We are looking for a great In-house IT Recruiter and Happiness Manager who’s eager to learn, grow and make Card4B’s team grow happily!

You’ll be looking for people to join Card4B that will be your future co-workers!

You’ll be driving motivation and happiness across our already amazing team!

Main Requirements:

• Degree on and/or master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or similar.
• Know that recruitment is as much as Human Resources as it is Marketing.
• Good communication, dynamic, high energy and interpersonal skills are essential – a true people person.
• A strong will to continuously learn and improve.
• Feel at ease in an informal environment at the office with little hierarchy.
• Be autonomous regarding the happiness management role and able to take full ownership of the entire process, making the best decisions according to the budget.
• Have a working knowledge to drive motivation and happiness across a team.
• Have a deep sense of cultural awareness.
• Minimum 1 year experience in similar roles.
• Speak English and Portuguese fluently.
• Currently living in Lisbon or Porto and be available to travel to any of our offices in Portugal.

Main Tasks:

• Take charge of the IT recruitment process working in close relation with the team leaders.
• Measure happiness level across the workspace.
• Create dynamics between common interests.
• Plan, organize and promote events.
• Make sure there’s a work and life balance.
• Listen to each individual in order to find and map what makes them happy.
• Make sure everyone knows what they do matters and is appreciated.
• Create a fun and positive work environment.
• Initiate team building activities and offsite events with high impact to increase team spirit.
