We have a challenge for you – Team Leader Service Desk – 100% Remote – Telecom
What we are looking for:
- Ambition and motivation to play a role related to team supervision, including scheduling, quality control and Key Performance Indicator management, keeping an efficiency-driven and motivational workforce care;
- Minimum 6-month solid call-center / helpdesk experience;
- Skilled in both technical knowledge and customer service;
- Desired technical skills in (not mandatory): Microsoft Windows, Office365, Networking, VPNs, Active Directory, VMWare, RSA security, expertise in looking up technical issues online;
- Availability to work shifts 24x7;
- Very fluent (ideally native) written and spoken English.
