Runtime Revolution is a product development team. We develop web and mobile applications, started in 2006 and today we work for many locations around the world. We like working together and that's why the main operation is located in Lisbon. Working hand-in-hand with our clients no matter the distance, we put great care and great engineering in everything we do.

We focus on building successful products with a simple hierarchy. Our structure is pretty flat and we believe everyone is capable of creating an impact in the company.

We're looking for a Team Leader, with an active technical background, that wants to manage a team of up to 5 developers, and still have time to code. Our core technologies are Ruby/Rails, Python/Django, and NodeJS for the back end and Javascript for the front end (React / Angular / Vue, etc.).

Main Requirements:

• Degree and/or Master's Degree in Computer Engineering or similar;
• 5+ years of experience developing web applications;
• 2+ years of experience leading development teams;
• Proven ability with agile methodologies, mainly Scrum;
• Be able to do team staffing (1-1s, feedback process, bringing the team together on a remote-first environment, etc.);
• Know your way around relational databases and also non-relational stores;
• Passionate about areas such as Development, Architecture, Software Engineering, and possibly, Team and Project Management;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential;
• A strong will to continuously learn, teach, improve and make others grow;
• You must speak English and Portuguese fluently;
• Currently living in Portugal.
