Randstad Professionals is recruiting a Team Leader (Ruby on Rails), for direct integration, in a international company, with offices in Porto.

Hybrid work.


They are looking for a Team Lead development to provide technical leadership. As the Team Lead development, this professional will lead and develop the technical team, aligning with the vision for the development of product enhancements.

- Develop technical team and make technical choices aligned with the rest of the product strategy.
- Guide the technical elements of the platform.
- Motivate, coach, and develop team members for high performance.
- Use stakeholders’ feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology.
- Consult with the development team to assess feature implementation visibility and time consumption
- Align product developments, strategy, and features concerning the development team.
- Partner with engineers, product owner, and QA engineers.

requisitos/requirements
- Experience as a developer and experience as a team lead
- Ability to conduct technological analyses and research
- Worked for a SAAS startup / scale-up before would be great
- Experience developing in Ruby on Rails stack and React
- Good English communication skills (mandatory requirement).
- Experience in Agile methodologies - Scrum is valued.
