We are growing our Portuguese team so we’re looking for a Microelectronics Engineer to integrate our team, based in Central Lisbon. The Microelectronics Engineer's main responsibility is to integrate a 5 person Product Innovation's Team, working to develop specific chips dedicated to automotive field, and power train solutions (focused on hybrid and fully electric vehicles).

Your responsibilities include:
 

We need a person who can manage a team, to be the Team Leader and Coordinator of Infrastructure, Data Bases and even Business Intelligence Analysis tasks. So you need to be a good DBA, not tied to technology by itself, but to the project. 

We work with various versions of SQL Server, but we are in the process of migrating to SQL 2016, which is part of the ongoing tasks. The team consists of 3 people in the DB team + 3 people in the BI team, and the BI team has an intermediate manager.

You must have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or related technology driven degree.
• Professional experience 5 years or more;
• Evolution planning at SQL Server version level (Implementation and Migration);
• Extensive experience in tuning performance of T-SQL code;
• Good knowledge of troubleshooting SQL Server engine for problem identification;
• SQL monitoring (using existing tools or suggesting new ones);
• Experience in SQL Server Integration Services, SQL Server Reporting Services, SQL Server Analysis Services;
• BI tools experience
