Your Role:

Altran is looking for Team Leader to join our Management Team. Main activities:

  • Ensures financial control of his/her perimeter;
  • Manage consultants, contract and reallocations;
  • Manage staffs resources and work with the recruiting team to select the right talent;
  • Works on proposals and RFPs responses;
  • Ensures renewals and upsell;
  • Manages and supports career development for his/her team;
  • Contract management (monitoring, reporting and controlling);
  • Risk Management (internal and external);
  • Technical support in order to help his/her team.

 

Profile:

  • Degree in Accounting, Technology or Computer Engineering (or relevant degree for the position);
  • Highly dynamic and oriented to exceed expectations;
  • Independent and very pro-activity:
  • Technical background in Quality Assurance or DevOps;
  • Be a team player and promote teamwork (collaborative);
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships (team and clients);
  • Excellent communications skills;
  • English (mandatory).

Location: the role is based in Altran Lisbon office. There will be requirements for short national travels according to the needs of other Altran sites in Portugal.
