Function: Team Lead Full Stack Developer (m/f)

Responsibilities

• Managing team of 3-5 Full Stack developers who are working remotely from different countries in Europe or from Israel.
• Hand-On full stack development of innovative applications.
• Owning the entire development cycle, including design, architecture, development, and DevOps.
• Working in XP with Remote pairing

Qualifications

• BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in full-stack development
• Experience in Java, Angular/ React
• Experience as a Team Lead of at least 3 members
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and tools (Spring Boot/Cloud)
• Versatility and capability to switch easily between different tasks and technologies
