Your Role & Responsibilities

·Work with management, on the Recruiting & College Relations, updating university relations activities on spreadsheets and managing the relation with the college affair.

·Participate in university events, representing D-EVO as part of the iMpact program.

·Assist the team with Employee Engagement topics such as Diversity initiatives, Performance Management system administration, and Employee Survey processing.

·Be the engine of the Talent Development team in preparation of Learning & Development programs, materials, class registration, bio preparation, scheduling, planning events, and logistics. Assist in organizing and recording class information in the D-EVO  Learning Management System.

·Respond to candidate inquiries indicating potential interest in D-EVO and initiate communications with candidates through utilization of tools and tracking systems.

·Work with HR & Marketing Specialist in the development of employer branding activities, including social media content development and career fairs utilizing social media platforms.

·Coordinate special projects and attend events as assigned.

·Other duties may be assigned.

 Your Skills & Strengths

·Preferred Junior standing or above in Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources or Business from four year college or university

·Must possess good communication skills

·Proficiency in MS Office and Excel

·Attention to detail

·Independent problem solving, self-motivated and hard working

·Social media knowledge

·A like for mobility and contact with the different universities in the country

·Ability to work full time preferred
