We are now looking for a Talent Manager willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team.

Summary:

As Talent Manager our strategy is focused on ensuring a high-engagement and innovative culture, and proactively addressing business needs. A TM is focused on recruitment, leadership and professional development, performance and career management, succession planning, workforce planning and assessment.

Are you the one?

• Degree or Master’s in Human Resource Management, Psychology or related.
• At least 1 year of experience in IT Recruitment.
• People-oriented, empathic, and dynamic.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and strong results orientation.
• Resilient, persistent, and organized.
• Proactive in problem solving.
• Good level of English – minimum B2 (mandatory).
• Fluent in Portuguese (mandatory).
• At last, but not least: believing that it is possible to have a positive impact on the quality of life of our talents.
