Right now, we are looking for a Talent Manager to help us finding the brightest talents.
Summary:
As Talent Manager our strategy is focused on ensuring a high-engagement and innovative culture, and proactively addressing business needs. A TM is focused on recruitment, leadership and professional development, performance and career management, succession planning, workforce planning and assessment.
Responsabilities:
- Recruitment;
- Addressing key recruitment challenges, develop and prioritize recruiting and sourcing strategies and key recruiting initiatives.
- Determine recruitment & selection decision factors and criteria;
- Ensuring the recruitment process is completed in efficient, professional and most off all, human manner;
- Monitoring and support in talent management;
- Identifying top talent and high potential employees to accelerate leadership development;
- Provide high quality internal consulting to identify gaps and opportunities for development and design and execute programs/experiences to build critical capabilities and foster a culture of high-engagement, innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or related;
- People-oriented, communicative, responsible and dynamic;
- At last but not least: believing that it is possible to have a positive impact on the quality of life of our talents.
