Required Competences:

• +3 years as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably with IT profiles;
• BSc/MSs in Social and Organizational Psychology, Human Resources Management, or relevant field
• Interest in the information technologies sector;
• Advanced English level (written, oral and comprehension);
• Also, beyond hard-skills or technical knowledge we believe that strong candidates are those who value developmental opportunities where traits of empathy, humility, agility, and creativity count the most.
