Required Profile:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or a related field;

- Minimum of 5 years of experience of IT experience;

- Experience in Insurance is preferred;

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills in combination with technical savvy to make good decisions in a dynamic environment;

- Good written and spoken language skills in English and Portuguese.

Responsibilities:

- Must be able to advise the feasibility and implementation approach of the requirements;

- Experience in translating Business requirements to System requirements;

- Help Business, ITBA and offshore team on user story prioritization based on functional/technical dependency/business need;

- Ensure business, IT BA and dev/QA team are on the same page on requirements;

- Leverage application knowledge to define clear user stories for IT projects.

Must to Have:

- Experience in review test scenarios and assist business on UAT.
