Description

We are looking for a Systems Engineer to be part of a team in a rapidly-growing company with a mission-critical and a challenging IT environment. Resourcefulness and a problem-solving attitude are necessary skills to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and worldwide users.

Expected:
- Installing, setting up and maintaining the firewalls and the intrusion detection systems;
- Auditing and sugesting ways to solve existing production security issues;
- Developing automation scripts to handle and track incidents;
- Network administration;
- Evaluating new technologies and processes to enhance security capabilities;
- Delivering technical reports on audit findings;
- Defining, implementing and maintaining enterprise security policies.

Valued:
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science or Engineering;
- Virtualization technologies like VMWare;
- knowledge of IT Security applications (Cisco, Checkpoint);
- Linux server and Windows Operating Systems;
- Bash / Shell Scripting;
- Batch Scripting;
- GIT;
- Microsoft Active Directory, LDAP;
- Networking, Routing, VPN, Application monitoring, Penetration Testing;
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and execute work assignments;
- Ability to communicate the status of various systems to management and/or support personnel;
- Ability to skillfully react to a fluid and constantly changing work environment;
- Ability to train, delegate and review the work of staff members.
