We are searching for a Systems Architect to work in Porto or Lisbon!

Responsibilities:

• Conduct system design activities and reviews of detailed application module specifications, classes, objects, methods, and other software components;
• Ensure that architectural solutions meet technical and functional requirements;
• Review existing system architecture and recommend improvements and participate in engineering reviews to determine any ambiguities;
• Scrutinize change requests to determine the magnitude of work done and estimate the level of effort;
• Conduct technology, trends, standards and products research;
• Plan, configure, operate, and maintain network and computer systems.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or Technical Course in IT;
• Experience in the development and implementation of computer systems and networks as a System Architect;
• Understanding of information processing fundamentals and best practices;
• Familiarity with computer servers, network switches, analyzers and channel or data service units, and load balancers;
• Good communication skills in English.
