Description

• Evaluate, design, configurate, and implement all computer systems, including Opennet and Dedicated Internet in different locations;
• Help in the administration of Enterprise and Non-Enterprise Wi-Fi systems;
• Perform the analysis, testing, and evaluation of computer operating systems and utilities and software applications to determine effectiveness, support capability, and compatibility;
• Recommend equipment and software upgrades and IT procurement to senior manager;
• Serve as a systems engineer responsible for the design and implementation of equipment layout and installation including LAN topology, cabling, and all associated network equipment;
• Ensure that adequate systems security procedures are established and implemented according to policies and procedures established;
• Help manage IT service management system (myServices);
• Draft and maintain technical specifications for software and hardware requirement;
• Provide technical advice and expertise in the evaluation, selection, purchase, upgrade and maintenance of software, hardware and/or database system resources.

Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, IT/Information Systems Management;
• 2+ years of experience in systems administration;
• Professional experience working with Microsoft and MAC;
• Experience in IT Service Management is valued;
• Dedication, high quality standards and take end-to-end ownership;
• Fluent in English - mandatory;
• Strong communication skills.
