JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a professional to join the team of a client in Lisbon.

Responsibilities

- Manage IT infrastructure by planning, implementing, and maintaining Windows and Linux servers to ensure high availability and performance;

- Develop automation scripts and tools to enhance operational efficiency and minimize human errors;

- Configure and monitor backup systems (Commvault and Rubrik) to ensure data protection and swift recovery in case of failures;

- Provide advanced technical support to resolve complex issues related to Windows servers and Linux systems.

Requirements

-Solid experience in Windows server administration;

- Knowledge of Linux systems;

- Proficiency in managing Active Directories, Fileshares, and DFS;

- Competence in scripting (PowerShell, BASH, others);

- Experience in backup administration (Commvault and Rubrik);

- Desired: Experience in virtualization with VMware;

- Desired: Microsoft and/or RedHat certifications;

- Strong English communication skills.

- Formation: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar.

- Experience: minimum 3 years.
