Responsabilities:

Identify application and infrastructure outages with first-line resolution or forwarding to support teams.

Monitoring of scheduled tasks (job scheduling)

Monitoring of application performance indicators

Execution of procedural tasks

Email handling and resolution

Execution of procedural interventions

Requirements:

Good oral and written communication skills;

Motivation to work in IT;

Availability to work rotating shifts (mandatory);

IEFP available (mandatory).
