What are you going to do?

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and test EV On-Board Chargers and DCDCs;
• Plan and execute system integration testing, including functional, performance, and reliability testing;
• Identify, document and track issues, and work with the development team to resolve them;
• Work closely with hardware and software engineers to ensure the product meets the requirements;
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both manual and automated testing;
• Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to ensure product quality and compliance;
• Develop and maintain test plans and procedures, test reports, and documentation;
• Stay up-to-date with the latest EV charging standards, protocols, and technologies;
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or a related field;
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in system integration and testing of EV On-Board Chargers and DCDCs;
• Experience with automated testing tools, scripting languages, and test frameworks;
• Knowledge of EV charging standards, protocols, and technologies, including AC and DC charging;
• Experience with hardware and software development for EV chargers;
• Advanced English level.
