System Engineering for Airbag (m/f)

Bosch is becoming one of the world’s leading companies in the field of the Internet of Things (IoT). At the Bosch in Braga, more than 350 engineers develop car multimedia solutions and the most innovative localization, perception and safety sensors that are helping to shape connected and autonomous mobility. Due to their continued growth they are now looking for a System Engineering for Airbag. You will be part of development team for the Airbag platform, a highly configurable base used by more than 50 customers.
Main responsibilities:
- Responsible for the defining, maintaining, analyzing, and documenting the Airbag System Architecture and System Design using model-based system engineering methods and tools.
- Drive and moderate interdisciplinary system development teams.
- Improve system development processes, methods, and tools and support their rollout.
- Support customer projects in technical questions regarding architecture and development methods. You will contribute to a distributed system development team with locations in Europe, India, China, Japan, and USA. You will be part of a new team and support its growth.
Profile requirements:
- Knowledge in functional safety and/or cybersecurity.
- Background in systems engineering of preferably embedded systems, including requirements engineering, architecture design, model-based system engineering.
- Fluency in English is important for this position. Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or comparable.
