Randstad Professionals - System and DBA administrator - Remote (m/f)

Randstad Professionals is recruiting for a client that acts in the gaming market setor that needs to reinforce its structure with a System and DBA administrator (m/f).

This role includes the following tasks:

- Guarantee 99.9% uptime for a high velocity PostgreSQL;
- Identify and fix issues and proactively enhance system performance and configurations;
- Demonstrate knowledge about high performance database clusters and load balancing;
- Develop a Backup Strategy for our DB and Files;
- Setup and administrate our Firewalls & general security assessment;
- Setup PostgreSQL Replication on 2 nodes;
- Occasionally be on call for Outages:
- Design and develop CI system.

requisitos/requirements
The main requirements are the following:

- Degree in IT or similar area;
- Experience in PostgreSQL;
- Experience - TCP/IP, HTTP;
- knowledge of server configurations, VPN technologies, and firewalls;
- Fluency in English.

It will be a plus :

- Experience in Ubuntu or other Debian based OS;
- Experience as a DevOp;
- Experience with IPTables & Zabbix;
- Experience with GIT and CI.
