Our client is looking for a new talent. Do you consider yourself able to seize the opportunity to be part of a software company? You only have to:

- Act as local IT Technical Specialist;
- Participate in the development and implementation of IT Projects for new client services;
- Maintenance of the IT Infrastructure of the existing services;
- Face-to-face/telephone support for user servisse (Incident and request management).

If you identify with this challenge and you have talent in:

- University degree in related area

- Portuguese, as well as high level of English and Spanish

- Proven experience leading (new) IT projects: design, consultation, development and implementation;

- Management and Administration of Operating Systems:

> MS Windows Server: (1) Advanced knowledge in AD, GPOs, WDS, WSUS, etc. (2) Advanced knowledge in DNS, DHCP

> Linux: Management in distribution of packages, installations, updates;

- Automation tools such as script development through powershell, VBscript, etc.

- Network traffic monitoring and management.

- Fileserver Management and Administration

- Knowledge of telephone systems for contact center (Genesys)

Additionally, would require:

- Knowledge in Backup tools (Veeam Backup)

- Symantec Antivirus;

- Proxy, Firewalls.

- Cloud (Microsoft Azure, Amazon WS)

- Deployment of software in Windows and Linux environments.

- Management of virtualized environments;
