Company Introduction

Stylers made to measure GmbH is an international B2B company founded in 2010, with headquarters in Germany and operating in the Czech Republic and Portugal. We develop individual garments for men and women, manage made to measure production and logistics, whilst supporting our private label customers’ needs. Our company focuses on high level of process automation in order to achieve the highest possible product quality and shortest delivery times worldwide. We would like to expand our IT team as soon as possible to improve and optimise the support of significant business processes.

Job Summary

In this role, you will ensure our ICT infrastructure in three different countries is working faultlessly to allow the company to deliver the best value to our customers without unnecessary technical distractions. As an essential member of our international IT team, you will be responsible for server and end-user hardware/software administration and support.

Responsibilities

  • Administer, monitor, maintain and upgrade company servers (Windows – majority, Linux)
  • Troubleshoot, setup and support user workstations/laptops, peripherals and network appliances
  • Troubleshoot, setup and support user operating systems (Windows 10/11) and applications (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Dynamics AX client, third party applications like banking and other application software)
  • Support users and server infrastructure in three locations: Portugal on site, Germany and Czech Republic remotely
  • Propose and implement proactive measures to achieve low level of hardware/software failures and downtime
  • Work closely with other members of the IT team – project manager, solution architect, developers and data analyst
  • Work with key users and management to understand their business and technology requirements
  • Communicate effectively in all mediums and to all levels within the organization

Qualifications

  • Strong track record in Microsoft Windows (10, 11), Windows Server operating systems (2008 to 2022) and Active Directory administration
  • Knowledge of VMware ESX/vSphere
  • Knowledge of Microsoft application servers (Exchange, SQL Server, IIS, Terminal Server)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure setup and administration
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (2013, 365)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration
  • Knowledge of Linux system administration
  • Knowledge of inventory and monitoring tools
  • Preferred Microsoft certification
  • Preferred experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX

  • Excellent communication, project and organization skills
  • Ability to manage time, establish priorities and successfully collaborate
  • Ability to work in the Alfena office in Portugal at least 1-2 days a week to be able to efficiently support users on site
  • Ability to travel to Dautphetal, Germany for initial training and irregularly as required for internal meetings
  • Preferred knowledge of German language
