Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
•2nd level support of Information Systems: user requests related to data, user requests related to configuration changes, in-depth analysis of reported incidents and bugs, identification of root causes and resolution of issues and bugs, co-ordination with other teams inside the unit and with IT departments;
•Deploying new releases of JAVA applications in acceptance and production environments;
•Continuous monitoring of information systems’ availability and proper functioning;
•Analysis of OS and application logs;
•Documentation of information systems’ operations procedures;
•Participation in coordination and project meetings.
Main Technical Requirements:
•Expert knowledge in one or more following domains - Windows operating system, Weblogic application environments, Oracle database environments, JEE applications including the most popular frameworks and tools (Hibernate, Spring, EJB, Rest Services, Soap Services) language, Jenkins Pipeline scripts, experience with software deployments in Weblogic environments with job automation solutions (including Jenkins), experience in investigating issues and bugs in JAVA applications, experience in database queries with SQL, Experience with system, capacity and performance monitoring solutions (Dynatrace is an advantage), Experience with service desk management tools (including SMT);
•Solid understanding of ITIL processes, especially deployment management, incident management, change management and monitoring and event management.
Other Requirements:
•Excellent command of English language (both written and verbal);
•EU citizenship
