SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR

We are searching for a System Administrator to work in Porto!

Responsibilities:

• Install and configure software and hardware;
• Manage network servers and technology tools;
• Set up accounts and workstations;
• Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements;
• Troubleshoot issues and outages;
• Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls;
• Upgrade systems with new releases and models;
• Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies;
• Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with virtualization, scripting, monitoring, cloud/cluster/mail services;
• Experience with the following technologies: Windows Server 2012 R2, Windows Server 2016, IBM iSeries, IBM AS400, Exchange Server, Office 365, Skype for Business, SCCM, SCOM, ADAC, ADUC, Checkpoint, Powershell, Sharepoint, OneDrive and Microsoft Teams;
• Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude;
• Good communication skills in English.
