Job Description

• This professional will be responsible for the daily management of our client’s server infrastructure, troubleshouting and resolution of tickets with ITIL methodology.

Qualifications

• 12th grade (or) Degree Informatics Engineering / Information Technology (preferential);
• +5 years of proven experience;
• Strong skills in Windows OS;
• Knowledge in Linux OS is a plus;
• Proven experience with virtualized environments;
• Experience in implementing, managing, maintaining, and delivering services and infrastructure in the Windows Server environment with proactivity and quality;
• Consolidated experience in Active Directory; Creation and management of GPOs;
• Knowledge of batch scripting and Powershell;
• Proven experience with Azure is a plus;
• Experience working in complex architectures
• Experience with creating documentation
• Experience in similar activities.
