Your role

Main responsibilities are:

- support to users within ITIL management (incidents, requests, problems and improvements);

- follow the initial phase of projects and contribute to the elaboration of requirements;

- participation in the transformation of IT projects (Networks, Systems), including support solutions (backups, monitoring,..);

- system administration activities, especially Linux - installation, support, performance analysis, tuning and problem solving;

- coordination and execution of planned operations on IT infrastructure;

- installation and configuration the software for continuous suporte the IT infrastructure;

- responsible for this function in site, and single contact between projects/technical teams and IT department.

 

Your profile

- Higher education in IT areas;

- ≥ 3 years’ experience in similar roles;

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems;

- Knowledge of Hardware, Network Protocols, Microsoft Office, Anti-virus;

- Ability and speed in solving problems;

- Team work, stress tolerance and self/motivation;

- Strong ability to work in a dynamic environment;

- Good knowledge of English (mandatory).
