descrição da função/job description
As a software support engineer you will work globally, adding value and gaining significant on-the-job experience.

This professional will be part of a level 4 support team, being the last level in the support chain. This professional will receive escalated requests from the level 3 support team.
By receiving these requests from the level 3 support team, this professional must analyze the request/problem and then contact the specific area (namely: programing area, production, networking and system administration etc.) inside the company in order to find the best solution to the problem.


requisitos/requirements
In order to be able to interact with the several teams inside the company, you must have the following knowledges:
-Experience and troubleshooting ability;
-Good knowledge in Linux;
-Good knowledge in Oracle and SQL Data Bases;
-Knowledge of programming languages, such as C, C++ and Java (not to program, but to be able to understand the problem and interact with the internal programming team, for an effective resolution of the problem);
-Knowledge in Python and Shell Scripting;
-Knowledge in networks and systems administration;
-Docker software knowledge.

Qualifications you must have:
-MSc or BSc in Telecommunications, Computer Science or equivalent required.
-Minimum 3+ years in service support environment with specific emphasis on Case Handling, Customer Interface, Incident Management and Installations.
-Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written.

Soft Skill you must have:
-Ability to stay cool, calm, and collected under high pressure, exuding an air of confidence when interacting with internal and external customers;
-Team player, supportive, proactive and respectful without being unduly assertive or aggressive.
