Support Technician  (M/F)

Mission:

  • You will be responsible to provide the best support to our client in the automotive sector, to all the internal and customer-facing technology projects such as experiments, benchmarks, and others, as well as the standing support to active live deployments. 

Main tasks:

  • Provide support to internal projects, demos, and PoCs; 
  • Provide support to active live projects (e.g. existing fleet market networks, ongoing R&D projects, and testbeds); 
  • Provide adequate support for all automotive integration projects (pre-production) and full integration programs (production);
  • Perform field interventions; 
  • Participate in the debugging process of all functionalities running in production.

Profile:

  • Degree in Computer Engineering or similar;
  • Minimum of 3 years of working experience (experience in the electronics field is of value; 
  • Electronics knowledge; 
  • Basic Linux knowledge; 
  • Knowledge of Network Systems, such as Wi-Fi and LTE; 
  • Strong ability to troubleshoot electronic/software problems; 
  • Proficiency in English (mandatory);
  • Sense of responsibility, pro-activity, and dynamism;
  • Problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented attitude.
