About the job

The purpose of the Support Specialist is provide technical/functional support to our applications.

Our ideal candidate for this role should have professional experience in application support and ensure the management of requests and the monitoring of production incidents.

We will rely on you to:

- Be responsible for functional/technical support;

- Analyze system logs and identify potential issues with application;

- Guarantee production monitoring;

- Analyze any malfunction detected, make a diagnosis and then resolve it or, if necessary, call on the team concerned by monitoring its resolution;

- Monitor closely issues raised by monitoring systems or users;

- Provisioning of servers using Ansible / Terraform;

- Deployment of applications using Ansible.

 

What we're looking for:

- 2 years of experience in functional/technical support;

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or similar;

- Strong background in Linux / Unix/ Windows Administration;

- Professional experience with Oracle, SQL Server and MySQL.

- Good knowledge of troubleshooting applications on Kubernetes;

- Good knowledge in any one scripting language (Python and/or Bash preferred);

- Good Knowledge in deployment automation tools (Ansible or equivalent);

- Experienced with continuous integration principles and tools (GIT / Maven / Jenkins / Sonar / Nexus);

- Good knowledge in English (spoken and written).
