Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

• IS Support - Organisation, implementation and maintenance of IS support, Management and follow-up of user requests, Guidance regarding the use of information systems, End-user trainings;
• If needed: support in the definition of test plans and execution of manual testing.

Main Technical Requirements:

• Minimum of 9 years of experience in end user assistance and support of information systems;
• Extensive experience with JIRA;
• Good IT skills;
• Ability to understand the business domain and the usage of information systems;
• Good skills to prepare and present presentations (e.g. Powerpoint);
• Knowledge on the use of SMT Service manager tool.

Other Requirements:

• At least B2 English level;
• Service-oriented mindset;
• EU citizenship
